Ging

A while ago, I posted a blog about my puppy, Ginger. She is now about 10 months old and has a very special personality. She has developed numerous nicknames, as all pets usually do. She goes by Ginger, Ging, Gingy, Gingy-Jew, Jew, Jew-Bear, Boo-Bear, and Boo, just to name a few :). Ging is a very special dog, to say it nicely. I often question if all puppies are as strange as her or if she is just kinda slow. She's discovered quite a few odd obsessions over time.
She has this huge obsession with cups lately. No matter where it is, she ends up getting ahold of it. She then runs around waiting for us to chase her. She isn't like a normal puppy who runs and hides to destroy things, she brings whatever she gets to us so we'll chase her. She also enjoys chewing on herself. When no one will play with her, she plays with herself. She will lay on the ground, put her leg behind her head, and chew on her foot on the other side of her head. She also chews on her tail. When she chases her tail, she goes so fast that she ends up sitting and spinning in circles.
Ginger also enjoys watching TV. It is quite amusing to watch her watch. She's adorable when she gets into the show. She likes to annoy our other dog, Sandy. Sandy is about 3 times her size and weight, but she doesn't care. She runs and flings her backside up against Sandy and pushes her around until she plays. Normally Sandy isn't playing, but, trying to get Ginger to go away. Ginger can also jump higher than any dog I've ever seen. She was on the floor in the kitchen and jumped straight up onto the kitchen table. She jumps from behind the couch to get onto it. She is an adorable and fun puppy.
